30 Day Drawing Challenge, Day 7: Someone Famous That You Admire Satirized…

**Takes deep breath**

Someone famous that you admire satirized using the reason you admire them most (Example: Carl Sagan as a mad scientist)

That’s a long title, and a hard one to live up to. Here I go:

The figure is meant to be the one and only HP Lovecraft. I managed to capture his nose, chin, and lean figure, but all and all, I think that a name tag helps get the point across. I chose to portray him as writing in a strange, nightmarish place since his stories tend towards the strange and nightmarish. And what famous German Expressionist film provides the inspiration for this setting?

I know you know.

**sigh** I’ve always dreamed of having a Caligari inspired room. Too bad I haven’t become ridiculously wealthy yet 🙂

I would make the best eccentric millionaire.
