I know I probably shouldn’t be eating Cookie Crisp for breakfast – sugary cereals are not the most healthy choice, but I do enjoy them. Sarah’s oatmeal makes me feel like I should make better choices for my morning meal. Heck, I should probably make better choices for most of my meals. At least knowing the kinds of changes I need to make is a step in the right direction.
