30 Day Photo Challenge, Day 25: Sun Flare

I like the occasional lens flare, however, noontime is one of my least favorite times to capture one. Unfortunately, logistics rears its ugly head and once again dictates when I can take my photo. Sure, I could have got up early, or I could have used artificial light, but I have issues with getting up before eleven in the morning and I wanted to stay true to the challenge of Sun flare, not just lens flare.

That said, I’m pretty happy with what I have captured.

I was tempted to change the tones to more sunset-y colors, but I decided against it. Part of what I have been doing during this challenge is avoiding post processing beyond adjusting contrast. It can be a challenge, but that’s in the title, right?
