Sketch-A-Week, Week 4

This week I went for 2 large figures and came up with this:

I think that this week, I will write the 500-1,000 word story of how this tanuki wound up in this predicament. As the words read: “Deep in the mountains, there lives a wise ascetic. People travel from far and wide seeking his knowledge. He offers advice and wisdom that baffles the people. They do not know that he is actually a tanuki. The wisdom he offers is nonsense. He lives in fear of the day his trick is discovered.”
